AIMT’s HND Urban Planning equips students with skills in land use planning, urban design, GIS for planning, housing policy and sustainable community development.
The HND Urban Planning program blends theory and applied practice in land use, zoning, urban design, community development and GIS mapping — preparing students to participate in urban regeneration and planning projects.
Two-semester HND program focussed on practical planning exercises, GIS applications, and an applied planning project.
